Your Italian adventure begins with an overnight flight across the Atlantic. As the aircraft climbs into the night sky, so does your excitement — you're headed to Northern Italy, where centuries-old cities, vineyard-covered hills, and iconic landmarks await. Prepare to settle into one home base and explore a region full of storybook charm, rich flavors, and unforgettable beauty.

Welcome to Treviso, the charming town that gave the world tiramisu. With winding canals and Venetian-style architecture, Treviso offers a relaxed and authentic feel, far from the crowds. After settling into your modern, centrally located hotel — your home for the next seven nights — you'll have time to explore the lively local neighborhood. In the evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner. A local pastry chef will treat you to a delightful tiramisu demonstration, giving you your first real taste of la dolce vita.

This morning, enjoy a guided walking tour through Treviso’s historic center, often called “Venice on the Mainland.” As you stroll past marble-laced bridges, Gothic windows, and Renaissance-era buildings, you’ll feel the quiet elegance that defines this lesser-known gem. After the tour, you’ll have the rest of the day to explore at your own pace — perhaps browsing the vibrant vegetable markets, discovering artisan shops near Canale dei Buranelli, or enjoying lunch at a cozy trattoria featuring seasonal specialties like grilled radicchio trevigiano. Tonight, share stories over a multi-course welcome dinner featuring local cuisine and fine Italian wines.

Today, travel to the fair city of Verona — a UNESCO World Heritage Site brimming with history and heart. Choose your own adventure: join a guided walking tour of the colorful Old Town with its painted facades and ancient Roman Arena, or wander independently along the riverbanks in search of hidden bridges and quiet piazzas. Either way, don’t miss Juliet’s famed balcony. After lunch on your own and time to explore, return to Treviso for a relaxed evening back at your hotel.

Experience Venice the unforgettable way — by water. Your day begins with a boat ride to the island of Murano, famous for its centuries-old glass-blowing traditions. Watch a local artisan shape molten glass into delicate masterpieces before cruising on to St. Mark’s Square, the heart of Venice. Admire the majestic Basilica, the intricate Gothic façade of Doge’s Palace, and feel the pulse of this world-famous city. During your free time, opt for a gondola ride through its romantic canals before heading back to Treviso in the evening.

Today’s journey leads you to Asolo, a hilltop village adored by artists and writers for its dreamy views and timeless charm. Stroll cobblestone streets that once inspired Ernest Hemingway and Robert Browning before continuing into Italy’s Prosecco wine region, a UNESCO-listed landscape of rolling vineyards. At a local winery, you’ll enjoy a tasting of the region’s signature sparkling wines. Then, under the warm guidance of a local nonna, you’ll roll, fold, and cook a traditional pasta dish from scratch — then savor your creation alongside regional wines during a rustic countryside meal.

Prepare for a day of awe as you venture into the majestic Dolomite Mountains, one of Italy’s most breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Wind through dramatic landscapes en route to serene Lake Misurina, where you’ll stop for lunch with a view of the legendary Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Continue to Cortina d’Ampezzo — the "Pearl of the Dolomites" — for some free time to shop, stroll, or, if weather permits, take a cable car up Mount Faloria for jaw-dropping panoramic views. Return to Treviso tonight, your heart and camera full of alpine magic.

Your final full day takes you to the historic riverside town of Bassano del Grappa, where cobbled streets and old-world charm await. Discover the story behind Italy’s famous grape-based spirit as you explore the town’s ancient distillery and the iconic Palladian Bridge. In the evening, step into another era at a stately Venetian villa, still owned by a noble family. Tour the lush gardens and elegant rooms before enjoying a farewell dinner featuring fresh, locally sourced Venetian cuisine — the perfect finale to your Italian escape.

This morning, say goodbye to Treviso and the treasures of Northern Italy. As you head to the airport, carry with you the taste of tiramisu, the sound of gondolas gliding through the canals, and the memory of mountain peaks touching the sky. Until next time — ciao!
